Located in an elevated position from which you can enjoy the view of the surrounding landscapes and the Leopoldine, this historic dwelling dates back to the 17th century.  Whether you come to sightsee or seek relaxation, the Villa is perfectly situated to reach the best Tuscan attractions while providing tranquility amidst the garden, outdoor space, and private pool.  Sharing the property is a family run farmhouse, well known for its high quality oil, wine, and honey productions, as well as a small production of seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Villa Ici is located in the heart of the Valdichiana, in an elevated position from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape and the Leopoldine, historic peasant dwellings dating back to the 17th century, built by the Grand Duke Pietro Leopoldo di Lorena. We are located halfway between Cortona and Montepulciano, two beautiful Tuscan villages full of charm and history. The location is strategic to reach all the most beautiful attractions in Tuscany and Umbria regions with comfortable day trips.
